Cash Dividend Distribution Procedure

1. This notification is an official notification from the Company and the Company does not issue a special notification letter to the Shareholders;

2. A special dividend in the amount of US $? per special share is hereby declared and paid by 30th November, 2023, to share shareholder(s) of the Company whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on 1st October, 2023.
